Make Booking One Tap Away

The moment a patient decides to contact you is fragile. If they have to hunt — through pages, past a contact form, down to a footer — to find a way to reach you, many simply abandon the attempt. The path from intent to contact should be one tap, from wherever they found you.
Every entry point needs a clear action
Google — the call and directions buttons live on your profile; keep them accurate.
Instagram — a contact or WhatsApp button, and a working link in the bio.
Website — a visible call or book button on every page, including mobile, without scrolling.

Remove the friction
Common friction points to eliminate: a phone number that is plain text rather than a tappable link, a contact form that demands too many fields, and a booking step buried two clicks deep. Each one quietly loses patients who were ready to act.
The principle
Assume the patient is on a phone, in a hurry, and only mildly committed. Make the next step obvious and instant. Remove friction and you add appointments — not by attracting more people, but by losing fewer of the ones already convinced.
