How to Build a Month of Content in One Hour

Updated: Jun 23

The most common reason doctors post inconsistently is not lack of time. It is the absence of a plan. Deciding what to post, every single time, is the friction that kills consistency. Remove that decision in advance and consistency becomes almost automatic.

The one-hour method

  1. Choose four topics for the month — ideally your four content pillars.

  2. Plan twelve posts, three per week, distributed across those topics.

  3. Write a one-line idea for each. Not the full post — just the idea.

In about an hour you have a complete map of the month: twelve ideas, organised and ready to produce.

Why it works

Separating planning from posting is the key. When the plan already exists, sitting down to create a specific post is straightforward — you are no longer asking what to post, only how to make this one.

Make it a habit

Spend one hour at the end of each month mapping the next. Twelve posts, four topics, done. That single hour is what produces a full month of steady, credibility-building presence.
